They are optimized for all-day receipts up to five inches per second and are also designed for label printing. All versions include a rechargeable battery that can be charged inside or outside the printer and designed to withstand full shifts in most cases. When the battery needs to be replaced during a shift, it can be hot-swapped. The printer can operate for 20-120 seconds (depending on wireless communication) without using the battery and cannot disconnect or increase productivity without having to restart. For applications where the printer is permanently mounted in a vehicle and provides power, a battery drain option is available.

The printer also monitors its health and provides analytics on battery age, printhead condition, and unusual environmental conditions the printer encounters. This allows you to manage your printer fleet and ensure maximum uptime.
